1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MAZITOK Marketing Suite ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use MAZITOK Marketing Suite for personal or business purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

• You must not modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials

3. Subscription and Payments

Our Service is offered as a subscription with different plan tiers. By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay MAZITOK the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated for that service.

Subscription fees are not refundable except as required by law. We may change the fees for our Service at any time by providing notice to you.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the Service

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MAZITOK, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
